Notice of Intention to Dispose of Open Space Land at Springfield Recreation Ground, Corsham
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 123 (2A and 2B) and 127 of the Local Government Act 1972 that Corsham Town Council intends to dispose of land which forms part of Springfield Recreation Ground, Beechfield Road, Corsham.
The land is designated as open space and the intention is to transfer ownership to Wiltshire Council for the construction of a community campus.
The proposed land to be transferred is 0.75 acres or thereabouts.
A plan showing the above area may be inspected at the Town Hall, High Street, Corsham Wiltshire SN13 0EZ between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays.
Anyone wishing to make objections to the proposed disposal of the land should make them in writing to the Town Clerk, Corsham Town Council, Town Hall, High Street, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 0EZ or email dmartin@corsham.gov.uk so as to arrive not later than 9am on 20 August 2012.
