PROVIS Charles Herbert Passed away on June 19, 2012 at Chippenham Hospital aged 94 years. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday July 4, 2012 at Semington Crematorium at 10.45am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired made payable to British Heart Foundation c/o F.W.
