LEWIS Patricia Ann Died peacefully at home on 11th December 2017. A loving mother to Cath, Sal and Dave and grandma to Tom, Sophie, Jessica and Megan, she will be greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral service on Friday, 5th January 2018, 2pm at St Mary's Church, Calne. Family flowers only, with donations if desired to Dorothy House c/o E Wootten & Son, 1 North Street, Calne, SN11 0HQ.
