HIGGS Brian Passed away peacefully at John Radcliffe Hospital on 23rd July 2015 aged 83 years. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 4th August 2015 at St John the Baptist Church, Little Somerford at 12.30.
