UNDERWOOD Ann Sadly passed away on Monday 11th May at the RUH. Much loved and sorely missed wife of Jim, mother of Ruth and Rachel, grandma to Sophie, Toria, Megan, Lucy, Jacob and Olivia, great grandma to Charlie. Funeral Service will take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Wednesday 27th May 2015 at 12.15 pm. This will be a celebration of Ann's life, so the family would prefer no black please.
