SMITH MALCOLM Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on the 18th October 2014 aged 51 years. Much loved son, brother, father, grandfather and friend who will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Wednesday 29th October 2014 at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations is desired to CRY in memory of Malcoms son James.
