BURT THOMAS “TOMMY†Passed away peacefully on 17th September 2014 aged 75 at Salisbury Hospital. Loving Dad to Ian, Debbie and Adie. Very special Grampy to Jake and Emily. Father in law, special friend and brother. Funeral service to be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington on Thursday 2nd October 2014 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Dorothy House.
