JEFFERY Sandra Ann Passed away at her home in the early hours of Wednesday 23rd April 2014, aged 62 years. Much loved wife of Richard, and a dearly loved mum of Lisa and Lee, adored grandma to William, Joshua and Phoebe. Funeral service will be held at Semington Crematorium, Thursday 1st May at 3.15 pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Sandra for the Royal United Hospital, Bath 'The Forever Friends Appeal' c/o F W Jones and Son, 30 Market Place, Chippenham, Wiltshire.
